Religious Right
What are we to do now? The religious right is trying to infect Linux and it's many distrobutions. Linux Fedora Core 2 and 3 had become known for their wide variety of screensavers, installed by default (including one of J.R. Bob Dobbs). Due to complaints from the religious right, many of these humorous screensavers have been removed from Core 4. This bugs me greatly. Anyone who's e-mailed Red Hat complaining about the screensavers packed in Fedora Core 2/3 should try playing in traffic instead of wasting our time. Keep your unwanted opinion to yourself. If you don't contribute code, go fuck yourself. There's a million easy-to-use linux distrobutions out there for you idiots, pick another one. Or how about this, turn off the 'offensive' screensaver. You would think someone running linux would have enough computer-suave to know how to disable certain screensavers from being selected for use. Here, I'll "one-up" them again. Uninstall the 'offensive' screen savers. Ass hats.
To add or remove screensavers in Fedora browse the following directory:
/usr/share/applnk/System/ScreenSavers/
Remove what you don't like or add new ones that you do. And don't forget to spin when you sit on it.
More importantly to get your KICK ASS screensavers back type the following command as root (or sudo).
[root@localhost ~]# yum install xscreensaver-extras xscreensaver-gl-extras
If your graphics card is lame and can't handle OpenGL, omit the 'xscreensaver-gl-extras' entry. Also, make sure you're connected to the internet.
